Draft designing proposal is made with the joint effort of 2 designers,
from 2 partnership companies.
"Achievable" and "cost friendly" are the 2 major concentration
of our Industrial design. For moulding, "unachievable designs" means designs which circuit
materials are oversized and result in high designing cost.
Our partnership designers are trained to draft proposals based on each
of the important elements: plan moulding design, internal structure, strength
design, injection thickness, and mass-production assembly process.

Our Electric Design Features
The basic principle of our electric design is to convert circuits into
Integrated Circuits.
It is possible to budget economically for a circuit making the best use
of discrete circuits. However, under discrete circuits, a single material
defect may risk the whole operational environment to malfunction. In addition,
adding up the defective rates of each material causes high probability
of product failure. The risk gets higher if we include the probability
of defects at production line - observing the overall reliability and quality
in the right perspective, we suggest maximum use of ICs in our design.
With IC usage, we can dramatically shorten the drawing and software development
time which can produce optimal results.
We aim to replace discrete parts with IC as much as cost allows.
After careful examination on cost and quality, we proudly deliver design of superior quality.

Our Mechanical Design Features
The basic principle of our mechanical design is keeping the balance between
conservative and challenging design.
Mechanical Design is processed while maintaining the coordination of Industrial
Design and moulding design department;also predicting possible problems
during manufacturing stage.
Mechanical Design focuses on achieving each and every Industrial Design
plan as much as possible.
The best possible design is offered with a detailed evaluation for material
supply and manufacturer's capability of custom designed production.
Under mechanical design, we also offer designing for packaging and printing
materials.

Our Software Design Features
Our software development is based on a development of 8-bit microcontroller
using mainly assembler. We try to achieve cost reduction by reducing program
capacity and keeping the cost of microcontroller to the minimum. There
are many brands available in the market for MCU, however, we recommend
our franchise line, ELAN's MCU. ELAN's MCU dominates No.1 share in China
and the newly industrializing economies.
For microcontrollers, ELAN is most price competitive and most preferred.

We are actively engaged in 2 types of component sourcing: domestic and
import.
After starting production in Japan in August 2008, most of the components
used for our production are sourced in Japan. We are trying to localize
majority of the sourcing with the help of our suppliers' cooperation.
Our strength in our sourcing capability will allow us to offer you a competitive
pricing even for smaller volume requirements.

We have partnership factories both in China and Japan. Our focus is to
manufacture in Japan and share the quality made in Japan. The benefit of
manufacturing in Japan is the cost factor. You may have doubt that cost
cannot be cheaper once made in Japan. However, we made it happen. We study
the strengths of each factory and adjust the designing in order to maximise
productivity. Once in mass production stage, it is our usual practice to
have our engineers present at the factory to check on the condition of
production. We also use high speed highsert machine for axial and radial
parts to be auto mounted. This effectively reduces manual operation. We
are therefore able to maintain high-quality products with less cost.
